Yes. I lived there for over three years, teaching English. I really enjoyed it, although Osaka has too much concrete for me. The countryside is very nice, though. Everything is so different from the U.S., but that's why it's so much fun and so fascinating. And the shopping is great. You can eat a feast, just browsing through the bottom floor of department stores, where they sell every type of food. Even the taxi cabs are clean! There's so much to enjoy. Hope you get a chance to go....

Yes I have been to Japan three times.

- First time was in 2000, I went to Tokyo, but sadly only three days!
- Second time was in 2002, I went to see the World Cup. I stayed there for two weeks. I have been to several places beside Tokyo.
- Third time was in 2004. I went there alone this time, just wanting to have fun. I shopped till' I dropped for a week.
