i am talking about illegal.
Im about to live in the states soon and Im soo suprised just by finding out that alot of young ppl does that!!!
How come they wasted their life that way?

i would not be surprise if the number doesn't hit like 40% or a bit more
scary----but i have been drugged in my alcoholic drinks b4---people need to be extra careful nowadays---watch the bartender make/mix your drink---don't leave your drink sitting anywhere---don't go out alone (buddy system)......
