Do you work at home and, if so, do you worker harder or less so than when you're at the office?

I work 3 days a week in an office and the 4th from home doing pretty much the same work. I think I get guiltier about goofing off at home than I do at work so I work harder at home...

I moved to another city, but kept my job and now work from home all week. I spent the first few months working 12 hour days and weekends... not fun. The challenge is to seperate work from home life - i.e. Open your laptop at 8am. Take an hour lunch. Close your laptop at 5pm. There are always exceptions, but don't fall into the habit of making work your homelife.
