Needing a little more info? Not sure what your asking?

Ok, I think I got what your asking? What you need is a damper put on the vent leading to the rooms you want to use. A damper is a flap device connected in between the duct and the register. They connect together and on the outside of the register, (like in a car) there will be roll knob to close or open. This will control the damper, thus shutting or opening air from room to room. You can buy these things yourself at Lowe's or Home Depot. Not sure if you're in the US or not? Hope I helped you out!

I am with Shelby, I don't get the question. Why do you need to split the exhaust??? You mean the cool air that comes out of it? if so, yeah, you can, but it will not be very effective. kind of depends on he size of the rooms and so forth. also it is hard to get a real split, usually one side will wind up getting the bulk of it. It also depends on how much it is putting out in the first place. Much more info is needed to give a defininitive answer.
