there is a small free program which does not need to be installed, just download it from the link below and use it to delete history and cookies of your browser

Hi Sani,,, go start menu then on control panel right click go explore....that should work!! If not resart your PC and try. If this don't work then go and download Spybot SD and run. This will remove any spyware or bad programs from your PC. It's free and a great program to have. I work with PCs all day and I love this program. control settings??
if you can ! click on tools
click on internet options
click on delete
now you can delete history,temp files,cookies etc

Go to http://www.ccleaner.com and download CCleaner.
After you've installed it, run it and it will clear all the Internet tracks you leave behind.
