I'd say a lot of stuff by Survivor; Eye of the Tiger, Burning Heart, also, Flirtin' With Disaster by Molly Hatchet, Ridin' the Storm Out(preferably the live version) by REO, Start Me Up, by the Stones,"Born to Run ", by the Boss, theres a lot of good stuff out there.

Get your hands on the Run Lola Run movie soundtrack. It's a German movie, but if that music doesn't get your blood pumping and get you ready to hit the road whilst running, nothing will.
In fact, you should rent that movie. It's friggin' great.
