There could be a number of causes. First, airplanes have reduced oxygen pressure (less than you are used to at sea level), so some people get dizzy or headaches. Second, the air in planes is dry, so people can get dehydrated. Third, some people suffer from motion sickness.

To reduce or prevent these, you can try to sleep or rest (using less oxygen), drink a lot of liquids (NOT alcohol, which makes things worse - try water instead), and take Dramanine several hours before departure.

The most common problem is dehydration on long flights, so remember to drink water frequently.

A much more serious problem is deep vein thrombosis (DVT), a potentially fatal condition of blood clots in the veins of long bones (chiefly legs) due to lack of motion. During a long flight, move around, take a walk around the plane, move your arms and legs (and neck).

Not much because many people don't get dizzy anymore...If you think you might try the train...

there's no pain just plain dizziness.same thing when your on board a bus or on a ship.

i never get sick it fun for me. the fligth is long but i enjoy it
