No, as I had the gastric by pass surgery done on me to loose weight, I can only eat like 6 to 8 oz. of food & i'm full, if I eat more than that, i'll get sick & pay for it the next day.
I HOPE YOU ARE FEELING BETTER TODAY!!!

No, and I don't get my monies worth! I am just not one to stuff myself on food, now chocolate is another thing! Why pay extra to be miserable later on? I often ask to get a plate of something from the buffet instead of the whole deal. This really only applies to certain buffets like the one near where I live. Some make you take the whole deal, no exceptions! I don't patronize those too often! I really don't enjoy paying to feel miserable!

NOT everyone does. I do not get my money's worth at all you can eat because I don't eat that much. I rarely over eat anymore because of makes me feel SO bad and also I am diabetic and it isn't good for me. I DID however go to Red Lobster recently and pigged out but I didn't really over eat there either. I used to, though. BIG time. That's why I weighed almost 140 lb.

i've never been to one but if ever i did i won't eat a lot cause i'm very self-conscious of my figure. there might be really unhealthy ingredients put into the food and i don't want to be sick the next day! plus it may not be worth paying for...

i don't go to buffets they are breeding grounds for parasites and salmonella and maybe even ebola, jeezuz chrikes who knows what else? just seeing the strange people who look like illegals and refugees touching the serving utensils and breathing all over the food, blecchh... to me the scenario at buffet restaurants makes me LOSE my appetite and want to VOMIT

Those things are evil. Often times they are expensive and so to "get your money's worth" you tend to fill up. On top of that, the food is usually bland so that it can cater to a wide variety of tastes.
I haven't eaten at one in years, I now just find them gross.
