Animals belonging to the class cephalopod have 3 hearts and copper based blue blood (hematocyanin).
In order to avoid doing your homework for you, I'll let you look up cephalapods on your own...

isn't it a snake? or a frog? They have a three chambered heart, not sure about the blood color though.
as for 3 hearts...I am pretty sure that must be a worm or insect of some type.
