Rope.
Handcuffs only when in a hurry.
Tape sucks, looks great but too difficult to get off again.
Never tried a one-arm glove, but I am sure it's great.

It depends on what you are trying to do.
If you are trying to bind the wrists to each other or to something close, handcuffs work well. But if you want to tie them to something more than 6" away, then rope is needed. You just need to be careful what type of rope you use, since you want one that is fairly soft but holds knots well.

Handcuffs deffinately, 2 pairs (one for the wrists and one for the ankles :-) ). Rope is cool too but handcuffs just seam so much more secure. And the silver cuffs and chains look so great. Plus it's fun to tease that you lost the key - hehehe.
Sue-C, I agree, I think the one arm gloves are so cool! Would be alot of fun to use (both putting on someone else and being put in it ... although I think being put in it would be the most fun :-) ).

Handcuffs provide a more secure bond as they are unlikely to slip off. Also they are easier to apply and remove in an emergency. Pantyhose is good bondage material as it is easy to tie, but it is difficult to undo. For practicality and ease of use I recommend handcuffs.
