There is also something that burns incledibly hot if you want to make it-:

Iron Oxide (FeO2) or Rust as we call it and small bits of aluminium (cut up tiny bits from tim foil or a coke can. Mix this together so you have a fine mix.

Tape together about 15 matches and tape these to the end of a long stick.
Light matches and hold in powder mix.
This stuff burns mega hot, they used to use it when laying down railway tracks - this was used to melt the two tracks together.

If you put this on someones car bonnet and lit it, it would burn through the bonnet and right through the engine block........
