Most international airports have an area where you can exchange foreign currency. Some banks will do it (very few) and some currency exchanges (I would recommend calling ahead).

You should be able to change foreign currency into US dollars at almost every bank in the US

You might want to try your local bank, they will be able to perform the exchange or direct you to where you can exchange your currency.

Most banks can do it for you (for a small fee). Also, most airports have currency exchange rooms.
