almost imedietaly,a browser window opens and asks me to download software(which i presume is the virus!!) and it seems to disable my internet connection,please help!!!!! thankyou

the tool's don't find it,and only started after downloading norton from bt, took norton off and ran fixing tool and all seems fine now, thanks to all who answered

ive got the exact problem ive downloaded the tool to get rid of it but then the scan says no trojen found.Ive tried everything but when i log back on the same thing keeps popping up'trojen found ?so ya left with no end of viruses in quarentine.

Try deleting manually go to desktop search type in the name
or the trojan then search file and folders right click
to delete,also search hard disk.

login in safe mode, ie press F8 when the boot screen shows up. . .and then run the anti-virus. . . .this shud solve the prob. . .all the best. ..
