Those things should be made one of the next wonders of the world!! They work for ANY kind of muscular pain. Just be sure to not fall asleep for long with one on your skin.. if you have tender skin they can actually burn you. But they are worth their weight in gold! TRY THEM!

yeah a lot of women get menstrual cramps that are relieved with heat. Usually it is a heating pad, or hot water bottlle that does the trick. I'm not sure if the heat penetration from a thermacare wrap is enough but it is worth a try.

heating pads or those thermacare heatwraps work great. they saved me when I got bad cramps at school and when I was younger.
try pamprin, it seems to help me a little bit.

A friend of mine used to use an electric heating pad at work when she was sitting at her desk working, for that purpose, and she found some relief.

I use a plug in heating pad which would be similar. They are great. It'll make you feel a lot better. They are very relaxing.

I havent used those ones but i put hot water bottle on my lower back and that works for me. i sometimes use two one on my belly aswell.
