as i lay on my bed
i thought of my loved ones and said
God please bless my family & friends
for if theyre safe. in them i can confide
God smiled and sweetly replied, go sleep my child n ill give you a joyride
but as i switched off the lights,my mind refused 2 go sleep that night.
n i thought of what 2 do
then a sudden strom of thoughts remindedme of u
thiss little heart of mine filled with your thoughts
i looked at the teddy,4 me,which youd brought
i recalled the dys which we spent togher,although they were few
you were there 4 me.when i feared n cheered
but as they say nothin is permanent
one has 2 leavi after living the alloted moments
as per the rulesyou said goodbye
my eyes overflowed and before i could cry
the clock cried with a ring like a bell
from my bed i almost fell
the night went like a flash of light
it was morning now but you were still in my sight
believe it or not,its true
the entire night i was thinking of YOU,,,,,,,,,
