It is not bad for your health, but do you masturbate because you have to or do you masturbate for other reasons? (Boredom, you feel you have to)
You have to look at why and how you masturbate to determine why you feel the way you do

No effect on hair loss, and 3-4 times a week is normal, and no effect on your health. I'm guessing that with a partner, you only have to do half the work, but by yourself, it's all up to you. Also, by yourself, you don't have any outside stimulation to get you up again right away, so it takes longer for your hormone level to recover, which may make you feel depressed until it does.

You loose lot of energy in masturbation.The guilt feeling which you have developed coz of it you might be thinking a lot .apart from general weakness you are taking frequent head bath after masturbation which might be causing your hair fall.Stick to one single shampoo dont frequently change it.

masterbation does not cause hair drops and your frequency of doing it is just fine..just don't do it before having sex because it would really be tiring then

No; it does not make your hair fall out. You are tired because ALL guys get tired after ejaculating. This is normal.
