after i try a couple of suggestion it still didn't work, but when i change the monitor plug to on board display adapter,the boot can load and it show at the monitor.So,it is load actually,but it didn't show at the monitor if i use the new graphic device.I have try to change the setting at the bios but when i change to auto(setting if we use other graphic device then the onboard) my monitor is blank all the way untill i hear the window start sound,but it still blank.now i am using the onboard setting at the bios setup.

Make sure your graphic card is properly seated.
Uninstall any old graphic drivers you may have installed.
Enter the BIOS and disable onboard graphics (or integrated graphics) and reboot.
Restart your PC and install the new graphic drivers.

try booting with windows disk in and if you have the motherboard disk reload it
