no, the only way to loss height is to carry heavy loads on your back (i.e a soldier, labour) or do high gravity sports such as bobsleigh where theirs constant compression of the spine, while pull ups do the oposite the decompress the spine but its not that constant so likely hood of getting taller is very small

The pull ups exercise is meant for increasing the height only.
If you lift the objects(exercise equipments) above your shoulder, then only your growth slowly stops.
