I am not sure why your wife is in a hotel room, but if you love and trust each other I would say no you have nothing to worry about. She probably missed you and wanted to say hello.

Your question makes me want to laugh. Do you think she was at a motel and had just had sex with someone else? Couldn't she just be missing you if she is on a business trip or something? I am confused by your question.
