I'm having a debate with my business partner. He thinks the name would be "Business Name Inc." however I believe that it should be "Business Name, Inc."

Which one is correct?

6 of one, 1/2 dozen of other. Have seen it either way.

Perhaps playing "Paper, Scissors, Rock" will decide who is correct?

I agree with you, it should be Business Name, Inc. Check Strunk and White or another style manual, but I'm pretty sure you are correct.

Its really up to you two there are major companies that use one or the other so I don't believe it really matters. Looks wise I agree with you but it really shouldnt matter.
