I have designed a new kind of panty. I wish to know the link which can provide me the details of patents granted so far on panties. I wish to study them to make sure that my invention is actually an invention.

Ok, if you're in the U.S., go to

http://www.uspto.gov/

From there, you can do a search on all patents issued in the U.S.

If you're from somewhere else, Google (country) patent office, and it's likely that their website will have a similar database. If not, contact them directly and see how you can get access to those records to find out if your invention is new.

Panties are no more patentable then are shoes. You will not find patents on 'panties' because panties can't be patented. You are suggesting that you have created an innovation on 'panties' - but that counts for nothing - you will not get a design patent. Before you waste your time looking for non-existent panty-patents, go to the USPTO website where you can read about the different kinds of patents there are, and what is and isn't patentable:

These panties are for women to observe when men wear them? I think that you should perhaps repost in men's health and perhaps these panties will help men to achieve optimium scrotal leverage to the occipital angle on the transverse sternocleidomastoid muscle.
