Endometriosis is somewhat of a mystery. There are women with severe endometriosis who manage to get pregnant, yes. But there are also women with only mild endometriosis who suffer infertility. You can try to conceive naturally, but if you're unsuccesful after 12 months (or just 6 months if you're age 35 or over), then see a Reproductive Endocrinologist, not just a regular Gynocologist. Endometriosis can be treated with a surgical procedure called a Laporoscopy. Half of women get pregnant within a year after a Laporoscopic procedure. You can also do In-Vitro Fertilization, where your tubes are bypassed entirely (the embryo is transferred drectly to your uterus) and the Endometriosis becomes a non-issue. Long story short, you have a few options. It can be overcome by most women!

Yes, I was told that due to the damage that had been done, and subsequent surgeries (tons of drug treatments in-between) I would NEVER conceive.
To cut a LONG story short, I now have FOUR children!
I've suffered badly in between babies with the pain and bowel problems, but Am now waiting to have a hysterectomy(I'm 35)..
I'd love to have another baby, but am going to count my blessings now and get that womb OUT so I can have at least ONE day with not so much pain!

My mom did. She had to have surgery first, but she says my brother and I are worth it, hehe. After the surgery it still took her about 5 years, and she had almost given up and had gone to some meetings about adoption and had been in touch with an agency. Then she got pregnant with my brother, and then with me 9 months after he was born.

Yes I have. My 2nd pregnancy was only achievable after having a laparoscophy to remove all the lesions, and my 3rd pregnancy took 11 months to happen. It certainly is harder to achieve a pregnancy, but well worth the persistance!
