My credit card's cvv2 3 digit # is worn out on the back of the card and having them send me a replacement one but in the mean time i am very anxious to buy this item online. I am pretty sure i know what my cvv2 # is but if i'm i get it wrong i would like to kow are their consequences...i mean how many chances do i get...everything else i know obviously since its on my card it is just the cvv2's 3 digit # taht i am guessing on..

If you get it wrong, your purchase will be declined that's all. I think you get 2 chances, on the 3rd wrong number your card may be disabled.

Contact the company that issued your card and ask for a new card.
Edit: I saw that thumbs down. I am not insulted.
I had that same problem with the codes on the back. I simply asked for a replacement card.
