Do charity work, go to church. Replenish your spiritual part of yourself. Go to therapy, work on your issues.

Don't know what you mean by mentally unhealthy, but everyone loses interest sometime. Most of us don't get stuck in it though.
Try this: make a list of all the things you like to do, or even see in life. Could be anything...like icicles? Dogs? Antiqueing? See what I mean?
Then, find a way to get into one or more of them in a new way.
I had a friend that did this, and one of his interests was photography. He put that together with some of the other things on his list and now he's got some great shots of things he could sell if he wanted. It also gave him a reason to travel to places just to take pictures.
I guess you could say he got a hobby. It changes a person's life, no doubt.

Why you have to lost interest in life when in fact, your life is so valuable and important to God and to all the people who loves you. You have to be thankful, that you have life to live compare to other people who are physically unhealthy and sickly, but their desire to live is always there. Just think of all the beautiful things God has created for us, the green mountains, the beautiful blue skies, the flowers in the garden, etc., these are all miracles. The mere fact that we sleep at night and wake up the next morning, still alive and breathing, and see the beautiful sun shines is already blessings for us. Just think of your friends and loved ones who care for you, if not think that God always loves you. If you're lonely, meditate and ask for God's help. Listen to nice music, read good books, or talk with your friends. Smile, be happy, and do something worthy.

You haven't given us a lot of information, but I think you give us a clue as to how to offer some advise. You say your life is good, but your mental health is not. My advice is to change nothing in your life ... except medically. I would advise you to see your doctor. I would encourage you to seek a referral to a psychiatrist and a therapist (at least a psychiatrist). It may be that you just need a little chemical help. Yours may be a bit out of balance and psychotropic medication may be the answer to your question. Go for it, my man, and I think you'll begin to enjoy your good life again.

I don't think that you have lost interest, however, you have not found something or someone that you are interested in. Once you've found that then everything else will fit into place. Sometimes, we become so bombarded with all the things going on around us, that we don't really live and enjoy our lives as we should. Remember you only live once and there aren't second chances when we go to the other life so do something adventurous.

Before knowing what you should do, You should first FIND yourself (mentally and emotionally). Ask your self what would be the cause of this lost, is it something to do with friendship, marriage, accident or etc? It would be a good start! trust me!

Maybe you should start seeing a professional about it. They can help you figure out what's bringing you down.
You can still feel depressed and down even if your life is flawless, I know it really sucks, but it does happen.

Find a common interest that you can get involved in, like crafts or volunteer work. Something to occupy your time.

think positive if u have time go on a vacation to a nice place with someone u want to be & relax , there is much more to go in life , not to be tierd .
