When i create a player on NBA live 07 for pc, there is no head?

I downloaded the game recently, and when ever i try and create a player, it doesnt have a head, i can put a headband or glasses on the imagingary head, but it makes them just floating. This is kind of annoying, i dont like playing w/ headless players

i have download the game too , and i have creat 5 players and there is no problems think of that.....
