Secrets within a partner are usually secret for a reason, they may be ashamed of what they have done, of the thoughts they have without acting upon them, the things they believe to be real but actually aren't. Would you really want to know that they think you're pig ugly since you let yourself go, and lets face it as an individual you wouldn't need a truth serum on your partner to find this out, you need it for yourself. Morally speaking to do anything to anyone without there consent is assault or abuse, to do so without them being aware is a lie to them, you would have to consciously make the decision to not tell them. Ask yourself if it happened to you and you found out, how would you feel, if you can honestly answer that you are fine with it (not just say it actually believe it) then in your eyes it is morally justified, however if you would feel violated abuse or just simply uncomfortable then morally it is wrong.
There are some in this world who do think it is acceptable, they are few and moral guidance in this instance is given by laws and statutes. So if you fall into the latter category ask yourself is it legal and that should give you a good steer on whether it is acceptable. This is not always the case, not all laws are moral but its a good place to start
In answer to your question then my answer is no I would not do it

Take it yourself, then have your partner ask you, "If you could drug me with a truth serum with no side effects and without me ever finding out would you do it?" and see if they are still there when it wears off.

No. I'd be tempted, and of course i'd need a bloke first lol but i think, in the end it would ruin the relatiopnship.
no one likes to think our partner lies to us, but we all do it. did you look at that girls breasts, is my bum big in this, do you think about catherine zeta jones when your in bed with me???
just imagine it the other way round too - would you want them to di it back? you might be saying "oh, but i;ve never lied to Bob / Matt / Stuart, we tell each other everything, but i bet there's som, ething you just twist the truth on, like was i the best you ever had, is mine bigger than your ex's and do you like my mom?

the best way to answer this is:
would you want it done to you?
people need to live by this more.. your rights end when they effect other people...
this is not only wrong but criminal. it is wrong on so many levels it isnt even funny....
if you have to do this.. you are with the wrong person.. get a new partner

No, I actually trust him. If it ever happened that I'd want to use such a thing on him I think that would be the day our relationship is over.
