Both are bad for you and it would certainly depend on what you order. But in general, I'd say McDonalds because at least Burger King flame grills their meat, while McDonalds definitely fries. Also, I don't know if anyone else has experienced this, but the McDonalds around these parts have REALLY greasy burgers. That just can't be good for ya... Eat Subway.

I believe McDonalds is the only fast food co that hasnt fully switched over from trans fat to a less harmful substitute so I would say they are worse. They are so afraid their fries will taste different they would rather use something that was once used in candles to make their food with...

I also agree with what he said above as far as the flame broiling or whatever they do at BK.

I havent noticed McD's burgers being any greasier but then again I wont allow my son to eat from there. He gets BK and isnt allowed fast food fries from anywhere. It's a bad habit to start. I did get him a burger from a Sonic in a mall the other day and it was so greasy the bottom bun went soggy from absorbing so much of it... gross.

I wouldn't go to either, but of the two I would say McDonald's because they fry their food while Burger King lets the grease drop into the flames. Both are very high if fat content if your talking burgers and their fries are also.

McDonalds, because I just love thier "Fish Hamburger's!!" And the fact that they "NOW" have a $1.00 menu!!! So, on our way out of our "Local" Walmart, we just will grab a double cheeseburger, for a buck!! Cant beat that with no other "Fast-Food" chain, at all in our town!!! And they get alot of business, even though, there right inside a Walmart!!! I used to like Burger King's Whopper's for a buck, but they stopped that years ago!! Smile!!!

I think both are equally as bad as the other. Check out the film "Supersize me" for more disturbing information about McDonalds.

Probably equally bad, considering they are both fast food. However, the last I heard, McD's uses an oil with Olestra in it which depletes your body of vitamins while keeping the fat from attaching. Who knows?

Neither one is good for us. Have you noticed the grease on BK's croissants??? And the fat calories in a Big Mac? Better off to leave it alone.
