I have a spare room where i dry my washing over a clothes airer, i have the door open and the window is on a night lock most days but still i get marks on my wall which look like damp how can i stop this?

Try a dehumidifier it normally drys the air out so the vapor won't get to the walls so much for the damage that's already happen you can't really undo it.

Just run a fan in the room while drying the cloths. The moving air will keep the moisture from the cloths from settling on the wall.

I got a pot of damp sealant from B&Q which you paint on just like paint, let it dry and paint over it in the normal way.

Stop drying clothes in the room. Put a tumble dryer vented to the outside in there.

You need to use a DEHumidifier to remove the dampness in the room.

a de-humidifier would work wonders, it will draw out all the moisture from the air and walls.
