French people think they are strong
but there is USA behind Turkey,so...

France is the strongest militarially by a longshot. It's the only of the three that is a member of the nuclear club (there is nothing suspected about it), and has significantly more modern equipment than either Turkey or Greece. And lets not forget the French Foreign Legion.
As well, while both Turkey and Greece have their militaries tied up in the Cyprus conflict (even though it will not come to war, both countries have significant investment in war posturing), while the military of France is relatively unencumbered by foreign conflict at the moment.
The only advantage, militarially, that Turkey has over France is location. That said, this mostly comes out as being able to negotiate with allies for goodies in exchange for overflight rights, and not as an extension of their own military power.

France has the stronger weaponry than Greece and Turkey. It is even suspected of having nuclear arms.
