You are not famous because circumstances have not put you in a position where everybody becomes cognisant of your existance. Fame comes through luck (or misfortune!), being in the right place at the right time, and having a pretty good reason why the world should suddenly remember your name.
Why is it so hard? Because if it was easy for any no-hoper to become famous our entire time will be spent having to wade through the celebrity gossip of six billion people. You know the kind of people who jump up and down behind television reporters speaking on location? Well, that is barely a taste of what the world would be like if everybody was famous.
Prey it never be the case.
But if you ever become famous, hire me as your personal life mentor

I personally feel that being famous is WAY over rated. I would rather be a regular ol' joe and be happy. I think being a celebrity would be a really difficult life to have.
