Yes. The politicians you see on TV appearances do NOT reflect the real person. They put on a fake smile for the cameras but afterward are pissing and moaning about everything or talking dirty to some gay guy on the internet...

I visited France two years ago, I do not speak french, but the french people didn't answer me when I was talking english!!!! Grrr!!! - just mentioning!!
As for your essay, I would say that politicians are good actors as they always act as if everything goes fine, when it doesn't!!

Politicians are good actors. They are also good liars. Let the politician see which side of an issue the vote is on and you'll see how good he/she is at both.

Yes. Even when they want to tear their hair out about something, they remain calm for the sake of others. They also put on fronts so that there won't be scandals about them.
