My girlfriend has that problem. She's had two kids and it's still
so tight I feel like I put my equipment in a wringer washer.
But some wine, and some oral from me loosens it up some.
If that dosen't help, see your doctor. There are some medical conditions that will cause it.

I say, don't be intimate with the intention of having sex. Try being intimate by touching and oral sex and enjoy each other's bodies. You may find that prolonged oral sex and other types of typical foreplay will help you to relax and loosen up. I'm sure at this point you worry and your mind can't help but think only about how you don't want penetration to hurt and that can make your muscles contract whether you are aware of it or not.
Just be patient, and try to enjoy each other and make each other orgasm without penetration. It may help you some. If you're still having trouble, make an appointment with your doctor and explain the trouble you're having.
Good luck!!

I have been having sex for lets see 11 years since i was 16. (I married him now people) and it hurts when i have sex but not so bad to where it makes me not want too.
Anyhow in the beginning of us having sex it would hurt really bad and i would bleed and this started happening around age 17. I went to the doctor and they checked me (i had been to a doctor before but they did not say anything about this right here)- I had a vaginal septum. It was a long piece of flesh/skin going straight up and down all the way to my cervix. The doctor said i was born that way but anyhow i had surgery to remove it. I have not bled since when we have sex.
Maybe you should see a doctor. Is your partner large? Maybe that is why. You can buy numbing stuff but i cannot recall the name of it but the main ingrediant in it is benzocaine. i am sure you could find it at any adult theme store. Good luck!

i feel your pain i used to go through that. some women have very tough hymens or suffer from a condition called vaginitis which is basically when your muscles down there tighten up b/c of a previous unpleasant sexual encounter. i would recommend you climbing on top and slowing easing him into you. that worked for me...also buy some lube or use baby oil. if that fails visit your Dr.

Just do it for a long time and don't complain about it. Imagine how it would feel if you were in labor. It'd hurt a lot more.

Try using a dildo to open yourself up. You may need to see a gynecologist.

Sex should not be painful. It may not be your vagina at all. Schedule an appointment with your OBGYN for a complete check up and talk to her about what is going on.
