"Scope" is how broad (or how narrow) a subject field that your project will cover. If your project concerns computers (for example) but *doesn't* cover Macs, then you might want to mention this is the "Scope".

"Limitation" is similar but perhaps more finely detailed. If your project does not or cannot cover Windows Vista (for example) you might want to mention this in the "Limitation".
