I agree to some extent.

The reason may be....because they think 'secularism' means Hindu-bashing! By highlighting the problems of minorities & ignoring those of Hindus, they believe they are following the 'true' spirit of secularism.

Other than Bull riding On TV I have never seen anything that even looked like anti Hindu in English Media. ( sorry for the bull riding joke.)

I do not know on what basis you arrived at this conclusion?. All Indian media is nothing but anti-muslim and mouth piece of hindu fanatics. Have you spent even a single day without any bad news about muslims?.

I am Hindu living in America. I don't really understand your question, but I feel that American does ignore Hindu and Indian culture greatly.

Not only in India. The English journalists in Pakistan, Turkey, Middle East etc. are a different breed. They are more loyal than the king; more secular than the anti- christian.

I'll try to answer- America ignores every culture. And to a degree... it should. We need to be more color blind and realize that it is the individual that supercedes race. That is what America is supposed to be found on. That regardless of your race, background, that you are an equal individual. An American. though I do realize that isn't necessarily how it currently is...
