My boyfriend and I would like to just "run-away" and get married and then have an actual wedding later on in the future. I'm just wondering how you go about doing this. I know you must obtain a marriage license and all states have different waiting periods, but what else do you have to do, anything? Where can you do this at, besides Vegas? Does anyone know of anywhere in PA? Any other information I should know about it? Thanks :]

Call your local Justice of the Peace.

My wife and I were married by one in Rochester, NY. Took about 2 days to arrange. Some will do so on the spot if you have the license.

I think Vegas or Mexico are the only places you can do a quicky marriage. I live in PA and I can tell you there is nowhere here.

Las Vegas, but that might be Britney Spears style. I wouldn't reccommend it.

Kona Hawaii. They have cool little huts on the beach to stay in afterward.
