Look 25% white vinegar 75% water is still your best bet....Vinegar has a very low acid content....You could wash the counter with pure vinegar without hurting them at all so diluted with water it poses no problems and it is environmentally safe.

Lemon Juice...little acid and it is safe for food prep areas.
