Maybe sad clothes.?..A beautiful tries not to expose herself ...because men are following her along the streets ...

wisdom and knowledge, a caring attitude towards her family and friends, a beautiful smile, a twinkle in her eye, a sense of humor, tolerance towards the free will and rights of others, respect for differing viewpoints of Religion, politics. helpful attitude for other living beings. a confident attitude but not overbearing. these are the characteristics I think would make a beautiful Lady.

big eyes,long hair,good row of theeth,very thin weaist,no belly
reasonable size of chest,
smile alwyas on lips,smooth talk -etc
it mostly depends on the person looking at also-
then the mental beauty is also importent.
