The sender of e-mail wants me to forward it to prevent this.
Is it real story?Japanese answer please.

Yeah believe the spam. They don't eat babies here. God I hope you aren't unlucky recipient of the Nigerian scam emails claiming you are next of kin to some African king. Go ahead and believe that, you will have to declare bankruptcy with in the next year.

Sounds like a typical spam email. No, they do not eat any human body.
By the way I cannot believe some of the answers say they do. Maybe trying to be joking, but it's not funny.

It is not real. That photo is @ rotten.com. When it first came out the authorities checked it out & found it was not real & was done for an art exhibit.

We eat babies. Baby sheep, baby cattle, baby pigs.
