i one day i have recieved more than 60,000 emails saying "Failed System Delivery". it's the same email message i recieve over and over again since this morning. i was able to send and recieve emails (having recieve more than one of the same email sent to me), my internet provider doesn't seem to be a big help. can someone help me?

yes got to http://www.trendmicro.com/hc_intro/default.asp and run the free anti virus software and get rid of the virus on your computer you are sending out bogus emails because of it and need to get it removed

Microsoft sucks, and Outlook Express especially. They have been bloated ever since companies saw they could sell more by adding useless features, but they clog the software. My suggestion is that you just turn to Yahoo! Mail, G Mail, Hotmail, or whatever other web-based email service providers.
