There is nothing wrong in Masturbating. Dont feel Guilty.
Infact it is good in many ways.
If you dont masturbate you will discharge semen in the night naturally.
The worst thing that may come to you if you dont masturbate is "blue balls". The semen secreted will get clogged in your balls and you will get a terrible pain. The pain shoots all the way up into your stomach, from where it spreads all over your body like a virus. All of your senses shut down, and an agonizing wave of pain grips you like an anaconda.
Other good thing masturbation does for you is avoiding you from getting into sexual crimes by relieving you off your sexual desires.
Infact just before you meet your girlfriend you may masturbate such that you will not get any sexual feeling in her presence.
If you want to reduce the frequency in which you masturbate the best thing that I can suggest is involve yourself in good sports that require much physical activity and exert yourself. Tired body will not look for sex. But the other side of this is your male harmone levels will increase with physical activity and on your rest days you will get more sexual desires. But there is nothing to worry about this. Any Male will like to have high testosterone levels.
Though overdoing is not good, I just want to give you a trick to reduce your interest in masturbation. For God's Sake dont try this daily. On a particular day masturbate repeatedly several times(twice or thrice will be more than enough) without any gap such that it hurts you and so that you dont feel like masturbate for some days. Please dont try this often.

Most of the problems regarding masturbation comes from an inflexible attitude towards it. There is nothing wrong with it, except when you obsess about stopping it. The sex drive is very powerful and takes a will of mind to "overcome" few possess.
However, in trying to suppress it, you can cause more emotional damage, especially when you think it is bad or immoral or dirty. It is none of the above.

The psychologists and psychiatrists and non religious doctors say there is nothing wrong with masturbation, it is common to most of the primate species, including monkeys, both male and female. It is your cultural upbringing, which disapproves of this practice, which is wrong!

Masturbation is a sin and as so you are spilling the seeds that God has given you to plant new life. It is not just a part of life! That's an excuse someone makes up to except the fact that they are a sinner.
