I think the syllables flow well, but honestly, I think she'll have a tough time with it...it will probably be hard for most people to pronounce without her telling them how.
Also, while I am a huge fan of unique names, I think this one could be a little too unique, in that I could see a creative bully at school twisting her name around to pick on her.

I think it is a beautiful name. Deaghan might be easier to pronounce if you spelled it deagan or degan but I like it the way you have it. It is just like spelling megan, meaghan. Just make sure it sounds good with her last name, and initials are important. for example the initials PMS for Penny Mckenzie Smith would be horrible. Anyways i think it is not too wierd but not too common so therefore just perfact!!

The teachers at school will go, "Is that DEE gan, DAY gan, or DEE ann?" Surely there is another pretty name you could use, or switch it and call her Elizabeth Deaghan, although she'll probably not like her middle name.

No..I don't like it. If you really like it use it as the middle name. How about Elizabeth Deaghan? That's nicer

I'm sorry i don't like the way deaghan is spelt it looks ugly and a bit confusing as to how you are supposed to say it. It's a nice name, how about trying to spell it differently.

It sounds either made-up, or like somebody's trying to be Irish despite, well, eight-plus decades in America.
Sorry. Elizabeth's nice, though. If you switched them around, I wouldn't object much.
