babycentre.co.uk or babycentre.com (depending on where you are) is fab, you can meet mums due same month as you, and get regular news letters on how your baby is growing and what you need to be aware of during pregnancy. It's totally free and VERY helpful and friendly

i am 27 weeks pregnant and i religously use a website called pregnancy weekly,it is a fantastic site once you get on there register with them and they will ask you for your due date and then everytime you log in it wil tell you how your baby is developing how many days and weeks there is to go also there is an online journal in which you can jot down notes and keep track of your pregnancy once you have had the baby you can print all of your pages out and it makes a great keepsake to show your child how you were feeling on a certain day etc.......plus there is an online chat room to which you can get advice and tips from other pregnant mums...............this website is very informative and very interesting i hope you give it a try

You should start by not wanting to get pregnant, just have sex everyday or every other day and don't think about getting pregnant, just have fun with your partner. Get more useful information and guides to get pregnant here https://tr.im/yPqop
after sex-put a pillow under your butt or prop your feet up on the wall so your pelvis is tilted
eat healthy
back off caffiene
workout, even if its just a 20 minute walk a day, be active.

Thyroid disease is one of the most common health problems we face today. From a practical standpoint, there are many ways to approach this issue. Learn here https://tr.im/JcqX2

Hypothyroidism, or underactive thyroid, is a very common problem, and there are many reasons for this, including drinking chlorinated and fluoridated water, and eating brominated flour.

Chlorine, fluoride, and bromine are all in the same family as iodine, and can displace iodine in your thyroid gland.

Secondly, many people simply aren't getting enough iodine in their diet to begin with. The amount you get from iodized salt is just barely enough to prevent you from getting a goiter.
