The few people I have known usually celebrate on the 28th Feb although I did meet one who celebrated on the 1st March and this was because a siblings birthday was on that day.

When I was a child I aksed my mum the same question. She said that it was up to the person (or if young the parents) but either 28/2 or 1/3 was acceptable. She went on to say that some indeed celebrated both on the 28th and first in an attempt to get more prezzies, a trick that usually did not work.

U should know that u complete a year of ur life not at ur birthdate but at the day before it....for example if u wew born on 1st of january then u will complete a year on 31 December because u finished 365 day...
so I guess they should celebrate on 28 march.

Many years ago a had a friend that had his b-d that day.
He was complaining about the presents!!!
Then one day he came and said that from now on he is going to celebrate his b-d in the 1st of April when he can not have his proper b-d { meaning when it finishes on the 28}.
That was a good idea, and i think that he stills selebrates them that day.
Just chose a day that u like and say it 2 your friends.

Change to chinese, islamic or persian year. It should help to keep age updated instead once each 4 years.
