wow...government workers work??? really. thats a new one from where i live. i never would compare them to ants. i remember when clinton stole the welfare reform from the contract with america and shut the goverment down...nothing happened..nothing...it was hilarious as all the left wing extremists predicted chaos.

No,not all government workers are like that. However today government service is like living in a father in laws bungalow where there are only comforts , even without any productive work you get paid and on top of it you ask for favours from the public for the work done though it is your duty.
But yes the genuine workers are stressed. The nation is not running by some magic, but by the efforts of these dedicated government workers
