the biological father, if he wants custody of the baby...HOWEVER, If I were the Judge.....I would prove a point with this whole drama.....THE COURT REMAINS IN CONTROL OF MS. SMITH'S ESTATE (the Moolah$$$) , IT GOES INTO TRUST FOR THE CARE AND WELL BEING AND NECESSITIES FOR THE BABY'S LIFETIME...at 21 she gets it all, with no one else's little grubby hands having ability to touch it without proving to the court it is for the child!!!!! Then lets see how many people, including that "Sow" Ms. Smith's estranged so called "Mother", would want the baby then!!!!!! Whole saga is just sickening!!!

The biological father should get custody of Dannie Lynn. The sad thing about this situation is, if Howard K. Stern is not the baby's B.F., ) he has cared for this child since birth and has come to love her as his own. Anna's mom is interested only in the money. Anna has made this perfectly clear over the years that she wanted nothing to do with her mother, because of the abuse she suffered from her. The little one looks like Larry Birkhead. Anna's body is rotting away and the judicial system seems to be stuck. Why didn't they do a paternity test first, THEN decide who gets Anna's body and lay the poor girl to rest!

Larry Birkhead. Even if Stern is the father, I think Dannilynn is in trouble of being lead down the same lifestyle he lead Anna Nicole through.

Anna named Howard as the father on the birth certificate. I don't believe Annas' mother should have custody Anna hated her. Besides she is too old to raise a child, what happens if she dies before the baby grows up where does the child go then?

Clinical father unless it's Stern I think he's there for the money and that's all. He has agreed to let Birkhead have her for a price. I think Birkhead is the girls real daddy.

I think that Larry Birkead should get custody of the baby because I think that he is the real father.

The photographer it is his baby. I saw a show on CNN last night that did a baby enhancement wher it showed what the girl will look like in about 20 years. It looked very similar to the photographer- Larry Birkhead.
