hatred is a feeling though not pleasant.
Indifference kills.

One of the things that bothers me more than anything else is thinking that I have hurt or offended someone (unless they really deserve it). For this reason, I would rather have people be indifferent to me. Neither choice is desirable to me, but I would rather but a nameless face than be hated.
Working in the service industry, you really get a sense that most people don't know you exist beyond being the person on the other side of the counter. I can remember being at work with a very horse voice and never having a single customer - even regulars - comment about it.

Indifferent...hate is a very powerful feeling that might lead the person to try to hurt me...indifference would at least keep me safe from a person's attempts to hurt me....

Indifferent. Hate would mean I did something to deserve it and I try to treat everyone well.

Indifferent. It's colder and might hurt more but a person who hates you might be capable of doing anything.

Hate, definitely. I go out of my way to make people hate me. It's the only emotion you can trust.
