Some people get the necessary exercise just showing up and doing their daily work.
The amount of exercise you need depends upon what you do for daily activity.
Madonna jumps around on stage for a living, she needs to be in shape so she does not hurt herself and misses a few concerts.
Some people lift steel for a living, they do not have to spend any time in a gym because they get the necessary exercise just showing up at work.
If you sit behind a desk, chances are you are not moving and getting the heart its necessary exercise, take a walk at lunch, jog a block or two, it will help your heart.

that is a cop out! there is not a single person on earth that doesn't have a half an hour a day to work out. 50 to 100 push ups, sit up and squats with out weights only takes 15 to 30 minuest a day, and will tone the entire body we do it 5 days a week and run one mile a day, take saturday and sunday off. if someone says they don't have time to exercise, it is a lie. people need to slow down and quit chasing the almighty dollar.

I don't exercise at all.
My body is ok.
I don't look fat.
Though, when I have some physical pressure, the next day, all my muscles are hurting me.
Sou, I think about 3 days in a week will keep us in shape.
Going to pool 3 times a week will make you splendid.
I know it.

At least once a week especially in your late 20's you need exercise. If you don't have much money then try to walk more. Walk everywhere you go. Or go swimming.

I look at it this way...If your active everyday, even if its just walking a normal routine of work, school,to the mailbox etc...its sufficient enough, anything more is up to the person & how often they do exercise is entirely up to them as well...

3 days per week minimum. (for at least 1/2 hour)
If you don't exercise enough, you'll lose your muscles, grow fatter, and not be as halthy.
