NEDS are non-educated delinquents. they wear burberry a lot - the caps, the scarves etc. also berghaus jackets. they wear baseball caps pointing straight up and usually have their trackies tucked into their football socks. they will shout at you as you walk past. they drink bucky a lot. they can be annoying but you they're not the same anywhere else. gotta love the neds!

Neds are the same as 'chavs'. You get male and female ones. Usually hang about street corners in groups, drinking Buckfast and trying to cause trouble. Give them all a wide berth!
