No - genetic disposition may bis a person towards being a rogue. After all it is a useful behaviour to have to survive. It is though our upbringing which makes us so.

It is also the case that something that is bad in one culture is good in another. The drinking of alcohol in some groups in western society is almost mandatory, however in Islam it is par with drug taking.

people are just born.. the determining factors of how they may become rogues has to do with how they are brought about to the point where they can make the decision of whether or not they want to choose the path of the rogue..

Naw!! No one is born to be a rogue. Being a rogue is like knowing beauty.... it is learnt, and a taught state of mind.
