am always depressed. I mean my boyfriend wants me to choose betwen three guys who I really like I feel like my family doesnt undersatand me neither does my firends. I am a lot ofthr times either crying or happy rupset. I cant deal with it anymore. I wish for once someone is my life understood what I am going throug and actually took the time out of their schedule ro help me. Its not fair anymore. My friend Jackie trys to understand me and help but she doenst understand that I am constyantly like this. I mean my friends go on ith their lives and I am left behind. Ther only girl who understands me is Jackie and Jamie. I am so tired of being the way I am. How all the girls at school are like a size 0 and I am not. Just because I am not a size 0 does not mean I am not beutiful. I am me and I cant change that. My friends dont even care I am so sick and turedof having to put a smile on my face when all I want to do is cry. I cant even cry in front of my boyfriend without him worrying.

First of all i just want to say..

I KNOW EXACTLY HOW YOU FEEL.

i've been there...and i know how you feel and what you mean..maybe not the exact same way..but i've been through similar you know..
and its hard..
1. you think Noone can understand you.
2.you think Noone cares.

But the truth is..people are not magicians ..(now dont take what i say in a bad way..but this is what i went through..and im giving you advice on how to deal with it).

People do not know that you are depressed..if you dont tell them..they might think you are acting "different"..but until you actually seek their help..they wont know for sure..therefore..they wont help you..cause they dont know.

Once they know how you feel..im sure people around you will truly want to listen and want to help you through this difficult time.

Now..for what i understand..the reason why you feel like this has to do with the fact that you dont look a certain way..."size 0" ...

You said yourself..just because you are not a size 0 doesnt mean you are not beautiful.

You are beautiful,unique,special & talented..i know that for sure..(and i havent even met you)

And you know why i know that? ..
Because whenever i feel like this..i turn to God..he made everyone in this earth..and to him ..we are all beautiful unique special and talented..
we are all equaled..to him..no one is better than the other person.
You are not better than me..just like im not better than you.

You need to accept yourself for who you are..do not change because you want feel like you fit in with others.

You have such good friends that listen to you..even if they dont know "the whole story" ..jaime and jacky..they are still there with you.

They accept you for who you are..and those are the people you need to hang on to.

Ask God to help you...help you to accept yourself..and love yourself.

No one can ever love you as much as God loves you..not even your parents..and only God knows whats ahead for you in the future..and he has some great plans for you..so dont worry about those girls that have a size 0..thats their problem..thats their way of lifes..not yours.
You've got to focus on yourself..once you do that..you'll accept everyone how they are..and never look at yourself lower than other people.

Sounds like you have too much going right for you to handle. Try to relax and have some fun with your friend Jackie. Let me guess she’s a little on the heavy side. And you feel your to cool for anyone. So you want more out of life, that’s natural. Go out and have fun. What does your boyfriend think about the other three guys you really like? You know what your just a lot spoiled. Get over your depression by figuring out just what it is that you want for your self and do it.

Depression is a state of mind and alot of self talk issues. Self talk is that voice inside your head telling you yeah they are right about me and I cant learn anyway. You are in control of your own thoughts dont fall prisonier to your mind. The mind is very powerfull and like a sponge what u put in it is up to you. People can tell themselves to walk through fire and not get burned or to put there hands throung bricks and not break the hand but only the bricks. This is what I am saying about what you put into your mind. If all you do is feed it negitive stuff only negitive stuff will come from it. I suffered from depression alot but learned that while I was so busy worring about others and their thoughts I had forgotten about my own. Be yourself and respect your self if you show no respect to yourself others will not show it either. The same is true if you walk into a restroom and there is writting all over the place you are more likely to write on that wall as well. However if the room has been taken care of ( respected) people are not as likely to write on the wall. hope none of this is over your head and I wish you all the luck. Just remember SELF TALK and get over whatever it is you are stuck in ..life is short and who wants to feel like this. If matters do worsten you can talk to a doctor and see what they say but you can usually pull your self out. good luck and God bless

See your local MD and he or she will give you something for depression which is although a illness, it is only a state of mind. You will not feel any different for a couple of weeks, then all of a sudden! the sun comes out for you! I know because I was suffering acute depression just like you, and I contemplated suicide at one stage, but now! nothing stops me from living and having a great time! And you will too! Depression can be cured by taking a fistfull of mushrooms, a long drag on some skunk, and going sky diving. Cures migranes too.

depression is not something everybody would understand,there are also different tipes of depression.so best is to go see a professional to help you.just dont take the drugs they give you cause they will give you a reason to be depressed.
